Exchange Policy

Returns or refunds are not accepted. Exchanges are only accepted for items damaged in transit. To request an exchange, email info@dylancamp.art with photos and details within 7 days of delivery. Claims will be reviewed, and further instructions will be provided.

All exchanges must meet policy guidelines: items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Every product is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
